We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Marketing department. The role is principally based at The Saxon Clinic but is a 60:40 split with The Manor Hospital in Bedford, under one Senior Management Team. This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. The role is for a fixed term of 6 Months. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Degree educated Highly self-motivated with ability to drive change Credibility and gravitas to present and convince at senior management level and with senior stakeholders Proven influencing and sales skills Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans Good negotiation skills Duties of this role include: In line with the central sales and marketing plan and the hospital’s annual business plan, work in conjunction with the Regional Head of Marketing, the Executive Director and other members of the senior management team to devise and implement a sales and marketing strategy, which ensures the delivery of budgeted activity across all payor groups Manage the Marketing Officer to develop and drive an annual plan of consumer events to support the achievement of the hospital sales targets In conjunction with the Regional Head of Marketing and central team, support the Marketing Officer to define a local consumer marketing strategy, ensure all activity is aligned with both the local market and with national strategies, collateral is produced to the highest standard and conforms to brand guidelines, production is efficient and return on investment is identified and proven.
