College Administrator- Sixth Form College- North West London
Morgan Hunt is currently working with an amazing Sixth Form College based in North West London, looking for a full-time, on site working, permanent college administrator.
The role offers a salary up to 29K and as soon as possible start.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in one of the highest achieving Sixth Form Colleges in the country.
Key responsibilities of the College Administrator:
1. Front office reception, including assisting staff and students
2. Taking phone calls and dealing with enquiries
3. Assisting with data input into our management information system.
4. Managing student absences using our MIS
5. Contacting students and parents regarding absences and other ad hoc communications
6. Managing room bookings
7. Greeting guests, checking credentials
8. Managing office stationery
9. General office duties
10. Assisting with parent events including invitations, reception duties etc
Key Skills and Experience of the new College Administrator:
11. Strong previous experience as an educator administrator
12. Good organisation skills
13. Great verbal and written communications skills
14. Friendly & approachable nature
15. Experience in a student facing position
16. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
17. Strong IT skills
