Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch engineers to jobs with the use of Handheld devices together with the support of other PES staff and recording all relevant details onto Concerto as may be required.
2. Update Concerto and other data capture systems in a timely manner with careful attention to detail; maintain sequential files of engineers job sheets where required.
3. Support the timely provision of reports to management concerning business objectives.
4. Liaise with customers to agree appointment dates and resolve problems and complaints arising regarding PES activities.
5. Liaise with all departments within Phoenix to help resolve customer related issues within company standards of service.
Essential Qualifications:
1. English and Maths GCSE (grade C or above) or equivalent
Essential Experience:
1. Minimum of 1 years relevant experience within an office / administration function.
2. Experience of working in a highly pressurised environment.
