About the Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager to lead our residential care service in Newbury, providing high-quality support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting independence and empowering service users to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and supervise a team of carers to ensure exceptional standards of care and support.
* To develop and implement care plans that cater to the diverse needs of service users.
* To maintain a safe and comfortable living environment that promotes dignity and respect.
* To work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate leader who:
* Has a proven track record in managing residential care services.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Has a deep understanding of the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Benefits
