As the Transcreation Director - at translate plus – a Publicis Groupe, you will come from an advertising account director background with Transcreation experience. You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of our translation services. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing transcreation projects, excellent communication skills, creative experience, and a strong background in translation.
1. Client Management:
- Manage and build relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations for this specific client, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and quality and best practice
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of translators, project managers, and other operational staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
4. Strategy:
- Troubleshoot and develop innovative solutions and strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the visual and interactive aspects of the translation, transcreation and creative projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Advertising).
- Proven experience in managing creative clients within the language services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong background in translation, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
