This role is ideal for someone looking to start a sales career in international trade, logistics, and customs operations. As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will be part of the execution of our commercial strategies, ensuring our services reach the right customers and markets effectively.
Role Description
The Sales Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, ensuring sales operations run smoothly, and providing top-tier customer service.
1. Sales Pipeline Support: Support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, managing customer data, tracking sales progress, and ensuring smooth handovers between marketing, sales and client relations teams.
2. Customer Engagement: Support customer outreach and relationship-building efforts, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of our services.
3. Service Presentation: Help prepare proposals tailored to meet client needs and showcase our offerings.
4. Reporting & Tracking: Maintain tracking systems for market activities and report on key performance metrics, including customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative sales support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing communication, and maintaining sales documentation.
Qualifications
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience in Sales and supporting sales teams
* Ability to work on-site in Worksop
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools is beneficial
Experience in the trade or customs industry is a plus but not necessary.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Worksop, UK.
Salary dependant on experience + OTE sales % commission.
