We are searching for a Regional Coordinator in our Environmental division. You will be carrying out the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including field-based staff, materials, and sub-contractors. This is a versatile role supporting a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll be:
* Carrying out the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including planning and booking of staff, materials, and sub-contractors.
* Supporting the Operations Supervisors to ensure that the Field Operatives can successfully complete all scheduled work.
* Ensuring all work records are complete and accurate.
* Producing regular management reports.
* Maintaining the Purchase Order log and being responsible for the delivery of accurate information for invoicing of all work delivered.
* Performing general administration duties involved in the day-to-day running of the office.
As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll have:
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
* A methodical approach with the ability to work under pressure.
* Flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis.
* Excellent presentation skills for all correspondences, documents, presentations, and data.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to use CRM systems. Use of The Big Change is an advantage.
