Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to join our team in Inside Sales. Our Sales Representatives work with both current and new potential customers. They promote our services honestly and accurately. They must be detail oriented, ensuring accuracy when adding new customers or new services into our database. They will have a very strong ability to convert phone and personal leads into Lawn Doctor customers. They will also be responsible for resolving any issues or customer concerns in a pleasant and professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid, clean driving record, reliable transportation and a good attendance record. The candidate must have excellent customer service, computer and communication skills. They must be a self-starter, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Actual work experience in sales and experience in Lawn Care is desirable but not required.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Outbound sales calling.
2. Interact directly with new leads and convert them into new Lawn Doctor Customers.
3. Interact with existing customers, addressing concerns and adding new or additional beneficial services to their program.
4. Maintaining a focus on integrity and a quality experience for new or existing customers.
5. Retaining customers through proactive post-sale care, concern and follow-up.
6. Developing their knowledge of Lawn Doctor and agronomic services in order to accurately answer questions from customers or prospects.
