Restaurant Manager required for our client, a hotel located in the Eastbourne area.
As Restaurant Manager, the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant service operations managerial experience from within a hotel or a standalone restaurant. This role may also suit a candidate looking to build on existing skills and experience.
The role of Restaurant Manager will require you to be hands-on, leading from the front, engaging, and welcoming your guests to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
You will supervise, train, motivate, develop, and head the team to ensure the smooth delivery of service and standards to maximize customer satisfaction, along with a positive sales culture to increase revenue and repeat business.
You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including a weekend on a rota.
The salary for this opportunity of Restaurant Manager is negotiable. There may be the possibility of live-in accommodation according to availability. Transport would be desirable to give more flexibility for the required shift work demands of this hands-on role if you live out in the local area.
