Responsibilities:
Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and meeting service level agreements.
Keep clients updated on contract performance and promptly respond to their queries.
Monitor visit schedules to ensure adherence to contracted agreements.
Generate and chase approval of quotes.
Build positive relationships with clients, fostering account growth.
Prepare KPI reports and participate in client meetings.
Oversee mobilisation of new accounts and complete administrative tasks as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication.Desired Experience:
