What the Job Involves The role involves joining Cardiff City's CPS, CP, PLO, and Court teams, focusing on supporting children on the Child Protection Register and managing Pre-Proceedings and Court cases. You'll work within the Social Services and Well Being Act (Wales) 2014, using a child-centred approach to deliver high-quality services that enhance the safety and well-being of children. You'll engage closely with families, empowering them and improving their home environment. You'll benefit from the guidance and experience of seasoned team members, participate in training opportunities, and undergo monthly supervision.
