Tea Club Assistant, Part Time – Early Years Setting, Wakefield.
At Trust we are looking to work with some amazing education support assistants as we are currently working with nursery settings in Wakefield who have an amazing opening for a Tea Club Assistant to join their team.
Position Details:
Location: Wakefield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Start Date: After Easter, for the full summer term
Requirements: Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Desirable: Paediatric First Aid qualification
About the Role:
As a Tea Club Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children during the after-school hours, ensuring they are cared for in a fun and relaxed environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities.
* Preparing and serving light tea-time snacks.
* Encouraging positive social interactions and play.
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
* Supporting children with their personal care needs where required.
