The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for the successful installation, configuration, and full lifecycle support and optimization of new and existing technology solutions within a global application portfolio through partnership with global IT teams and external partners. In addition the role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our business partners, leading various initiatives, and promoting the adoption of standardized tools and processes to support business efficiency and growth. Main Accountabilities
* Acts as subject matter expert on specialist solutions, providing escalated support as required
* Participates in solution designs, supporting Business Engagement in the projects and enhancements area for corporate applications, managing/supporting 3rd party applications. Create test scripts, tests and provides deliverables according to the time, cost, and quality criteria.
* Participating in business process analysis, including functional analysis and implementation strategies, while identifying areas of continuous improvement to support business processes.
* Translates business requirements into a set of structured business process, technology and organization specifications
* Performs system health check analysis and triaging of issues
* Facilitates discussions and prioritization with business stakeholders for incidents and global change requests for application deployments using ServiceNow
* Keeps the system design documentation & application support manuals up to date
* Lead global solution planning, support and improvements, ensuring the availability and quality of services provided align with agreed service levels. Monitoring the quality and lead time of problem solving, interacting with those responsible for providing these services so that problems are resolved and demands met, according to the pre-established standards
* Coaches less experienced team members

Must have proven experience of working in a similar role with technology solutions supporting global business functions

* Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business

* A strong background in Application Management, and the software development lifecycle, either as a member of an application portfolio support team or of a project team implementing new solutions., Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional customer service orientation.
