Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: £14.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep night
We are looking to hire a Childrens Home Manager to provide exceptional care, support, and guidance to children and young people.
Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are provided
- Developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies
- Implementing care plans and managing risk assessments
- Promoting a positive culture within the team
Deputy Manager Requirements
-NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People or equivalent
-Experienced in a supervisory role within children's residential care Knowledgeable about legislation and guidelines for children's homes
-Passionate about improving outcomes for children
-Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings where necessary.
