Job Overview
Our client, a leading higher education provider, is seeking an individual with a background in Payroll Compliance to work with them, initially on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
The role holder will be responsible for bringing global compliance, process, data, insights, and reporting together to support the team in delivering a complex global payroll service and to protect the organization from legal, financial, and reputational risks.
The role is available on a remote basis with occasional trips into the office (in either London or Glasgow).
Required Experience
We welcome applications from individuals with the following experience:
1. Experience of compliance and governance frameworks.
2. Strong experience of payroll compliance and best practices.
3. Experience of working in global payroll teams.
4. Auditing processes and reporting.
5. Proven experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll systems (Workday & CloudPay desirable).
6. Working with complex data and turning it into presentable information.
