A great opportunity to join a forward thinking, tech/software company located in central London. Working on a hybrid basis, the role is to provide 'soft' business development working within a small collaborative team, within an office of approx 170pp. Globally recognised, this is a junior but important role, integral to the business's relationships and growth.
The majority of enquiries will be incoming, requiring you to educate the client/caller of the company's products and services, the advantages of using them - a soft, more customer focused approach, but mindful of upselling.
A busy and varied role, being responsible for your own account list, delivering presentations, preparing fee proposals and much more.
The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of the legal system, law or has perhaps has worked with legal software previously - ideal but not essential.
6-18m experience gained within 'professional/office/support' customer service roles/sales, a superb communicator with excellent written skills, a keen eye for detail, a multi tasker, enthusiastic, confident, someone engaging - a team player with lots of common sense, forward thinking, who genuinely enjoys a client orientated role.
Hybrid working.
Salary: 30-32k + annual commission of up to 25%.
