Purpose of the role:
A leading Creative and Design/Marketing Recruitment Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Marketing / Creative Recruitment Consultant to join their busy, well-established and high-performance team within their City office.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a full 360 Consultant role for Marketing / Design Agencies.
Main tasks & Responsibilities:
* 360 Consultant – Business Development / Cold Calling.
* Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
* Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
* Meeting with candidates and clients, preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
* Organising interviews for candidates as requested to send across to the relevant clients.
* Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates generated which are placed, a value to be billed and business leads generated.
Minimum Requirements:
Successful candidates will need to be degree educated (or equivalent), have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience (preferably in Marketing Recruitment) within a busy and corporate environment, fantastic communication skills (written and verbal), a confident telephone manner, and lots of drive and enthusiasm.
