A great opportunity has arisen to be part of this newly acquired hotel who are looking for a Head Chef to drive the food standards and create an all day dining experience for their refurbished restaurant. Having been recently acquired, this hotel is looking to develop and elevate the food and beverage business. As Head Chef you will manage and develop and team of 5 chefs and kitchen porters. You will be required to have all kitchen management on point, including EHO requirements, wage cost and food cost targets. This Head Chef role would suit an existing Head Chef or a strong Sous or Senior Sous looking for their first Head Chef challenge. You must have worked to at least this level in a four-star hotel before.
