We are looking for Administrators / Credit Controllers for our fantastic client based in Raunds.
Candidates may come from a credit control, administration or customer service background. You must have good computer skills.
Hybrid working - 50% work from home, 50% work from office in Raunds

You will be supporting depots with credit control, chasing overdue debt along with resolving any customer queries efficiently. You will need good communication skills and the ability to be flexible in working hours in order to support depot opening times. You must have a friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working as part of a team.
Responsibilities in brief

Current debt collected to predetermined timetable.
*
Build, maintain and improve depot support function for individually owned depots
*
Direct telephone contact with depots and customers to resolve queries efficiently.

Collect overdue accounts, complying with company policy.
*
Assess and prepare accounts for litigation
*
Communicate with team members, team leaders and managers to effect smarter working

Ability to prioritise daily workload

Experience working in a fast paced office / credit control environment
