Due to further growth, Fulmar Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Team Leader who has a passion for field debt work, field safety, the development of people & delivering business and client excellence.
As a Field Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of circa 20-25 Field Welfare Officers. You will be the first point of contact, coach & mentor to support your team, creating resolutions whilst supporting customers, clients, and the business.
You will be dealing directly with agents, ensuring that client requests are adhered to, SLA and timescales are met, providing ongoing support, audits, training, problem-solving, and collaborating with MPAAS teams to provide the best possible service.
Other duties will include:
* Working closely with all relevant business areas to ensure the Field Welfare team operates at optimum performance through daily interaction and mentoring, allowing the team to grow in their ability to succeed daily.
* Motivating your team to make a difference and actively supporting colleagues in a collaborative way to enable the achievement of individual and business goals.
* Evaluating agents' daily activities and performance to celebrate successes or address any issues that arise.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Are a Team Manager with experience of mentoring field-based teams.
* Ideally have experience working in the debt industry – Utilities would be beneficial.
* Create a safety-first approach.
* Are an excellent problem solver and communicator with change and process management skills.
* Have a proven ability to adhere to strict KPIs and SLAs.
* Love to be in the field, supporting our agents and contractors.
* Have a previous Debt and/or Revenue Protection background (in a utilities setting) – advantageous.
Remuneration Package:
* Basic Salary: £35,000
* Vehicle: Fully expensed vehicle + Fuel Card with personal usage.
* Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays plus 1 incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave.
* Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: Option to purchase up to an extra 5 days annual leave.
* Private Medical Care: After 3 months service, opportunity to opt-in to a private medical care scheme with Vitality.
* Working hours: 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
