Osborne Grove is seeking dedicated and compassionate Homelessness Project Workers (SC5) to join our committed team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop and implement individualized support plans that promote stability and independence.
Assist clients in accessing a range of services including housing, healthcare, and job readiness programs.
Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in crisis situations.
Collaborate with external agencies and community resources to facilitate support for clients.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to support plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience working with homeless individuals or those at risk of homelessness.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Compassion and empathy for vulnerable populations.
Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field are preferred.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £19.92
