About Us
We are a small, family-friendly practice based in Worcester with plans to expand and grow our fabulous team and continue refurbishing our facilities. We aim to offer an excellent service to our clients and their pets and to help us do that we have in-house lab machines, x-ray, and ultrasound as well as our recently refurbished kennels. As a team, we pride ourselves on our fear-free, individually tailored approach to patients and their humans, teamwork, and supporting each other and a healthy work balance that flexes to the needs of individual team members.
Our team is made up of 2 experienced veterinary surgeons, 2 registered veterinary nurses, 1 student vet nurse, 3 client care advisors, and our practice manager. We are silver cat friendly accredited and dog friendly accredited. Our clinical director has a certificate in chronic pain management and our other vet has an interest in exotic pets. We provide a culture of continuous improvement and support within the practice.
