My client, a growing logistics group, is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead their Human Resources function. As the HR Director, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee engagement across the organization. You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing counsel on people and culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications: Proven HR Leadership Experience: 10 years of HR experience with strong progression in roles of increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Industry Knowledge: Experience working in e-commerce, technology, or fast-paced growth environments is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of the unique HR challenges within these sectors. Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business goals into HR strategies, with a strong sense of business acumen and a focus on results. Talent Champion: Proven success in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. A track record of building high-performing teams and driving talent development programs.
