My client, a growing logistics group, is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead their Human Resources function.
As the HR Director, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee engagement across the organization. You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing counsel on people and culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a strong progression in their HR career, showcasing leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving successful HR initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
