About the Role: As an MFL Teacher, you will engage students in the study of French and/or Spanish, helping them develop essential language skills and cultural awareness. The ideal candidate will be able to teach both KS3 and KS4, with the ability to teach KS5 considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in French and/or Spanish. Prepare students for GCSE examinations and other assessments, ensuring they reach their full potential. Foster a love of languages through creative teaching methods and extra-curricular activities. Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Contribute to the wider life of the MFL department and school community. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PGCE/QTS/QTLS qualification. Ability to teach French and/or Spanish to KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is desirable).
