The role is Customer Retention Specialist and the focus is to manage the end of contract process, providing the highest possible standard of service and taking a customer first approach. Responsibilities include:
Follow end of contract contact strategy, ensuring solutions are tailored to the individual customer, advising of available options and taking a customer first approach
Grow portfolio at both end of contract and in contract life when opportunities present themselves
Provide quotations, ensuring that the quotation is affordable and the best outcome for the customer
Manage recommendations and referrals, following up on enquiries within the agreed SLA
Liaise with third parties and work closely with other teams internally to ensure customer expectations are met
