Main Duties To supervise and monitor the Domestic Team in their day-to-day duties, ensuring effective excellent service delivery and standards met. To deliver on the job training to staff as required. To organise work schedules, monitor staff attendance and arrange cover for absent staff. To meet and greet customers as directed by the Manager, including show rounds, open days etc. To liaise with the residence’s management team in the preparation and service of rooms, as required. Residences manages accommodation places for approximately 5,500 students, both catered and self-catered.
