Job summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic administrator lead to join CNTW's Safeguarding and Public Protection (SAPP) team. The SAPP Team aims to support all trust staff to keep children, young people and adults at risk, safe. As admin team lead you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient day to day functioning of the team. Main duties of the job The post holder will work as part of the Safer Care Directorate. They will assist the Associate Director, undertake all administrative duties within the specified area under the direction of the Associate Director Safer Care required, and ensures all necessary systems/procedures are completed efficiently and accurately. Manages the administrative team with responsibilities for all staff issues including recruitment, appraisal, training, performance management, and providing supervision and support. Monitors and improves Quality Standards of administrative and clerical services within own team. Manages holiday requests to ensure clerical cover at all times for Safeguard and Public protection Team.
