We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our busy Individual Giving Fundraising team. This team is key to RNLI growth; attracting new donors to support the RNLI, making sure they receive a great supporter experience, and in turn, optimising the value of our supporter database. Some of the benefits Salary: £40,315 - £47,429 (dependent on experience) Flexible working 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Outstanding pension scheme (contributions of up to 16% of basic salary) Life assurance Health and dental cashplan Your role As a Senior Marketing Manager (Individual Giving) on your watch, you’ll be focused on: Leading and supporting a small team of marketing and fundraising specialists to realise RNLI’s fundraising objectives. Maintaining excellent and effective relationships with our key customers, stakeholder groups and agencies. Planning, managing and delivering multiple campaigns and interventions in order to deliver the teams specific income targets. Overseeing the team’s product portfolio and contact plan, being sure to use data and insight to achieve the optimum mix across multiple channels. Increasing LTV across all supporters, ensuring the provision of donor centric supporter journeys, from the initial sign up, to conversion, to legacy enquiry. As an experienced fundraising marketeer, you’ll be comfortable planning multi-channel campaigns with ambitious financial targets. About You You’ll be passionate about the donor experience, keeping the supporter front of mind while delivering a product portfolio, which generates a strong return on investment for the organisation. More Specifically, You’ll Need Demonstrable experience of delivering marketing strategies that deliver impactful campaigns with strong financial results. Demonstrable ability to use and understand trends and data to positively influence product delivery. Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and a passion to deliver the best possible results for our volunteers and supporters Confident people management skills with experience of coaching and supporting others to develop and achieve results Extensive experience managing media agencies and working collaboratively with creative and digital experts.
