Job Summary of a Teaching Assistant:
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in enhancing learning and engagement in the classroom. Your contributions will help create a positive and inclusive environment for all students. Job Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
* Help prepare learning materials and resources.
* Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback.
* Encourage and motivate students to achieve their best.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
* Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications as a Teaching Assistant (TA):
* A genuine passion for working with young people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
* A good understanding of the curriculum and classroom management.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* A valid DBS check is required for this role.
