Salford Pupil Referral Units incorporating: Broadwalk Green PRU The Clifton Centre PRU Salford PRUs are seeking to employ a Senior Admin Officer to ensure that all administration within the Schools runs efficiently and effectively and in parallel to each other. This post will be working across two sites and will require the successful candidate to travel between them. An enthusiastic, organised and motivated person is required to assist in managing the admin function, including overseeing Finance, supervision of support staff and Facilities Management. The job role will include :- Assist in the line management of the Administration Team and Caretakers including appraisals. Oversee maintenance of School Policies, including statutory policies. Oversee the finance, Facilities and HR/payroll function across sites The successful candidate will be expected to have :- Strong administrative skills. Team approach ability to build effective working relationships. Finance experience An understanding of Health & Safety in a school setting Experience of working in an education setting preferable Experience of using a wide range of ICT software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SIMS.
