An exciting and new opportunity has arisen in our Packaging Warehouse due to increased volume required of our warehouse. We are looking for a Team Leader on the Rwanda shift. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient Packaging Warehouse and Shunting operation for the business through the managing of day-to-day activity through your team. You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the Packaging Warehouse Management team alongside other internal customers. Normal weekly working hours are an average of 34.33 hours per week (inclusive of briefing weeks), Monday to Thursday 9:45pm until 6am. Key Responsibilities will include: Managing the Packaging Warehouse and Shunting operation whilst on shift with a team of Warehouse Assistants who report into you including managing performance and supporting with development. Ensure daily Audits and Records are completed & retained, ensure all housekeeping is completed & maintained to the required standard. Carry out & record daily equipment checks; racking inspections complete stock checks as agreed with the Duty Manager To ensure Shift start up meetings, shift handover meetings, Briefs and dept updates and plans for the day/week are communicated to the Teams in your area. About you We’re looking for people who have experience of working within a Warehouse environment. Whilst prior team leader or supervisor experience would be ideal, we would also be interested to hear from those who are keen and willing to learn and put into practice these skills as well. Other essential skills and experience include: Experience of using an ERP system (IFS) Experience of Microsoft Office suite e.g. excel, word, powerpoint ROLT operator and assessor.
