Ocean Housing have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Tenant Voice & Engagement Coordinator to lead on the management of tenant structures to support effective engagement and compliance with consumer standards. The role is full time over 37 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £34,178 per annum. You will be responsible for improving tenant satisfaction and engagement through effective communication channels, successful tenant and resident activities and by designing and delivering programmes of work against a strategic annual action plan. As part of the Tenant Voice and Engagement team you will maintain formal and informal tenant communication between staff, the Board and tenant representatives and coordinate and manage daily tenant and resident activities to improve satisfaction, promote social inclusion and enhance community wellbeing. You will be educated to A level or equivalent Level 3 qualification and have project management skills and experience of delivering events on time and to budget. You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and of verbal and written communication in order to engage with diverse groups effectively. The ability to deal with difficult situations and conversations is essential along with the skills to provide line management and leadership to a team. You will be self motivated and exude a welcoming and positive persona along with demonstrating patience, diplomacy and empathy for others.
