Our client is seeking two highly organised and confident Administrators to join its team on a job share basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office, providing clerical support, and maintaining effective communication within a small team. This is a part-time role based in Caerphilly town centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in the preparation of reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Maintain electronic filing systems and ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage One.
* Making outbound calls to customers and scheduling meetings.
* Provide general administrative support as needed.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
