For which tasks (responsibilities)?
1. Creating Architectural and Urban Models: Model buildings, streets, infrastructure, and other architectural elements to craft a realistic and atmospheric game world.
2. Leading a Team of 3D Modelers: Manage the team by setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and work quality, providing feedback, mentoring, and assisting with complex challenges.
3. Creating and Maintaining Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation on modeling standards and processes for the entire team to simplify and standardize the workflow.
4. Quality and Artistic Style Control : Ensure all 3D objects align with the artistic vision of the project, working to harmonize style and maintain the visual integrity of all game elements.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with game design and development teams to understand model requirements, share documentation, and achieve set objectives.
6. Analyzing and Implementing New Solutions: Continuously analyze and improve 3D content creation processes, adopting new techniques where possible to enhance the visual and technical aspects of the project.
7. Supporting and Developing the Team: Assist the team in professional development, conduct meetings and workshops as needed to improve overall skills and work quality.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
1. Experience with 3ds Max: Proficiency in using 3ds Max for creating architectural models, texturing, and optimization, as well as an understanding of working with architectural objects and urban environments.
2. Experience in Creating Architectural and Urban Models: Significant experience in designing buildings, city blocks, and other architectural elements, with knowledge of major architectural styles and principles of urban planning.
3. Experience in Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation to standardize the model development process and facilitate teamwork.
4. Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent soft skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team, resolve conflicts, and support the team in technical and artistic aspects of the work.
5. Understanding of Art Fundamentals and Artistic Direction: Knowledge of basic artistic guidance to ensure visual unity in the project, and experience working with color, lighting, and forms to create harmonious and atmospheric scenes.
6. Experience in Model Optimization: Skills in optimizing geometry and textures to ensure high performance without sacrificing quality.
