Job Vacancy: Fire Protection Contracts Manager

Salary: GBP40,000 : GBP52,000 per annum
We are seeking a detail:oriented Fire Protection Contracts Manager to join a property services provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and dynamic company managing multiple fire protection contracts. The ideal candidate will be process:driven, with strong compliance focus and previous experience in managing direct labour teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 6 fire protection contracts, each with between 400 and 5,000 actions per contract.
* Oversee the day:to:day management of contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
* Work closely with the Contracts Support Manager and a team of two, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
* Be diligent in signing off on all work completed on:site, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* Plan ahead for material deliveries, ensuring timely provision on:site to keep projects moving forward.
* Ensure all paperwork and processes are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail at all stages.
* Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
* Lead, manage, and grow your team, creating a collaborative work environment and focusing on professional development.
Essential Requirements:
* SMSTS qualification is essential.
* Previous experience managing direct labour teams in the fire protection industry.
* Strong attention to detail and a compliance:focused mindset.
* Process:driven with a focus on paperwork and documentation accuracy.
* Ability to work methodically and plan ahead, ensuring timely delivery of materials and project milestones.
* Strong team management skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
* Willingness to develop and grow in the role, with the potential for progression.
* Ability to work in the office for 3:4 days a week.
