The role
You will have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS 2030 processes.
You will be working on our social housing decarbonisation grant funding schemes, working closely with other in house Retrofit Coordinators and assessors. You’ll be providing continuous feedback to retrofit assessors to ensure that documentation remains compliant throughout the process.
The right fit
* Must have a level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
* Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Certificate Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings
* Previous experience of working in a Retrofit Co-ordinator role
* Previous experience of working on SHDF, LAD/HUG, ECO contracts is desirable.
* Experience of using Energy Efficiency modelling software
* Up to-date CPD
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
* Full UK driving licence.
