Job summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our team, assisting in dermatology and minor surgical procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the surgeon during clinics, ensuring all clinical preparations are completed efficiently, and providing high-quality patient care. When not assisting in procedures, the HCA will handle administrative duties including patient communication. The role will be based at our clinic location in Bath (Widcombe Surgery). We are looking for someone who is available on weekends and occasionally weekdays. Main duties of the job The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will assist surgeons during dermatology and minor surgical procedures, ensuring clinic rooms are set up with the necessary equipment and supplies. Main duties include preparing clinical stock, providing patient support and care, maintaining hygiene and infection control standards, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
