Active Care Group’s Care in the Home division continues to go from strength to strength ensuring we provide a safe, reliable and outcome-based care to all clients by our exceptional support workers, clinicians, and management team.

Due to the continued growth of the business we are expanding our teams and we are looking for experienced Adult Complex Care Nurses (RGN) with a positive and proactive attitude to join us in Exeter!
Our care in the home services support children, young people and adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
What you'll be working:
* 12 hours shifts
* Days and Nights Available
What you'll be doing:
* Provide high-quality clinical care in our clients' homes, adhering to best practices
* Supervise Support Workers in carrying out their care plans.
* Maintain and update relevant knowledge and skills; maintain a professional portfolio and participate in further training as appropriate, in order to enhance quality of care
* Comply with the Active Care Group Health and Safety Policies and Protocols in order to contribute to safe working practices
* Ensure a comprehensive assessment is completed for clients to ensure a comprehensive person-centered assessment is completed for their pathway and care plan
* Administer medicine within the guidelines and framework of the Nursing and Midwifery Council
* Ensure that infection control measures are in place and adhered to and, where applicable, that audit data is routinely collected
What you'll have:
* Current NMC Pin registration (Registered General Nurse)
* A legal right to work in the UK
* Experience in adult complex care within a community setting is desirable
* Management of clinical risk management and individualised, person-centred care planning experience
