About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Optical Receptionist at one of our independent practices in Weybridge, Surrey.
As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will make a lasting impression on our patients, and your ability to multitask will ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
* Initial Patient Contact: Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, setting the tone for their visit.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner.
* Patient Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
* Administrative Support: Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, coordinate with optical staff, and handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
