We are looking to recruit a Junior Account Manager to handle Sales operations, manage powertrain products, and promote cutting-edge technologies like fuel cells and hydrogen.

You will be responsible for negotiating design changes, managing sales analysis, and developing long-term sales plans.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work independently, use resources efficiently, and drive business strategy across multiple areas.
This role is home based but there will be regular contact with internal teams and external partners is key, along with occasional travel to Essex and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
OE Sales Operations: Handle sales for powertrain products, negotiate changes, and manage service and phase-out requirements. Promote Innovation: Drive the promotion of new technologies such as fuel cells and hydrogen. Strategic Planning: Create long-term sales plans, set targets, and report on progress. Decision Making: Develop strategies for business acquisition, pricing, and debtor control.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams. Strong planning and communication skills. Previous experience in sales operations or similar roles.
