As our Campaign Marketing Manager, you will build relationships with partners, product marketing, and sales leadership to develop direct and partner go-to-market strategies. You will also create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies, develop customer advocacy programmes, and use insights to constantly improve and evolve our customer marketing strategies, maximising customer success, retention, and satisfaction with our brand and solutions We are a driven and collaborative team with strong support from our HQ in the UK, with over 11,000 employees and an established global brand. Due to further investment into the region, we are hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. Hybrid - 3 days per week working from our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities: First 90 Days You will immerse yourself in our organization & gain a deep insight into our products & services, values, culture and organization priorities. With direction from your manager, you will build and drive customer strategy, programmes, and campaigns across the region. A born relationship builder, you will act as the glue that brings everything together with considerable support from your global marketing colleagues, specialist teams, partners, and GTM leadership across the region. You will also join our amazing North American GTM team and work closely with colleagues across leadership, sales, customer success and our trusted partners, who we just love No day is the same. We love to collaborate, celebrate success, and come together regularly for work and social activities Minimum qualifications - Experience in B2B marketing; customer marketing experience preferred. - Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans and onboarding experiences. - Familiarity with buyer groups, field sales activities, and partner go-to-market strategies. - Ability to maintain positive, goal-driven customer relationships. - Knowledge of knowledge management and customer education, with success engaging early-life customers. - Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is preferred.
