Position: Store Manager
Immediate Reports: Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates
Responsibilities:
* Achieve requested sales results and manage store tasks
* Adhere to Visual plans and use good judgment for product placement to achieve best sales
* Recruit, hire and train the skills of an Assistant Store Manager for eventual promotion to Store Manager
* Monitor trends in cooking and tabletop items
* Follow marketing guidelines for the implementation of various promotions
Skills:
* 3-5+ years of retail management
* Demonstrates exceptional customer service
* Ability to manage staff
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees and the public
* Ability to work in a team environment
