Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Teaching Assistant 1:1 at St Johns C of E Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.As Teaching Assistant 1:1 you will be responsible for supporting pupils in the classroom which may at times involve 1:1 support and at playtimes. We would want to appoint a flexible and dedicated professional with classroom experience. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification attached. You will be working alongside the class teacher to provide a high standard of support and will need to be able to plan, deliver and monitor work to meet the needs of the children.
