Graduate Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them understand key concepts and improve their skills
* Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring students stay engaged and can access the curriculum
* Support students in developing critical thinking, writing, and study skills essential for academic success
* Help manage classroom behaviour, contributing to a positive and focused learning environment

Graduate Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
* A genuine passion for education and a desire to help students succeed
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students
* Previous experience in tutoring or educational support is desirable but not essential
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to students' individual learning needs
* A proactive and motivated attitude with a desire to help students succeed both academically and personally
