The role holder exemplifies leadership by championing the performance and enhancement of Master Data (MD) processes. Drawing on their expertise and knowledge, they will guide the team in achieving and surpassing all objectives of the MD function, consistently maintaining high standards. As a vital member of the team, this position plays a key role in executing the business strategy and is responsible for ensuring that MD is fully aligned with organizational goals, delivering significant business value. Accurately input data into systems and challenge incorrect or missing information. Process requests for data additions, changes, and deletions. Meet agreed performance targets. Collaborate with others to resolve queries and correct data issues. Assist the leadership team in prioritizing and overseeing daily operations. Communicate with the business about the status of requests and stay updated on master data changes. Complete all master data functions to ensure accurate processing of changes. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and rules. Comply with local laws and regulations in all operational countries. Respond to escalated incidents. Demonstrate competence in all aspects of the master data function and processes. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the IT Team Lead for ERP & Data. Foster strong connections within the team. Collaborate across COE functions to understand customer, supplier, and company needs. Uphold a professional image, promoting the Business Systems team's positive reputation with employees, customers, and suppliers. Work as a unified team to enhance business knowledge and foster collective ownership of success. Identify improvement opportunities and provide constructive suggestions to the Team Lead. Communicate confidently both internally and externally. Work independently and collaboratively within a structured framework, managing pressure and deadlines with a positive attitude. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accurate reporting. Possess IT literacy with experience in data processing. Exhibit strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
