Global Distribution Project Manager (9-Month Secondment) Location: Fareham Hours: 37.5 per week About the Role Are you ready to lead impactful projects within a global distribution team? This is your chance to shine as a Global Distribution Project Manager, driving a critical, multi-stakeholder initiative on a 9-month secondment based in Fareham, working with a Medical Device Manufacturing Company. You’ll take full ownership of the project, managing cross-functional teams and guiding stakeholders across the organisation. Alongside this key responsibility, you’ll support the distribution project management team on additional tasks, ensuring varied and rewarding experiences. Preferred Skills & Experience: Project Management experience (4 years minimum), with proficiency in managing GANTT charts and other project management tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical and organisational abilities. Experience navigating cultural and business process changes. Knowledge of enterprise functions and project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) are a plus.
