Family Solicitor/Legal Executive – Lincolnshire

The family team is well-known for providing excellent client care and your role will involve handling a broad mix of private Family matters, from cradle to grave.
For this role, you must be a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with a proven track record in handling Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Finances, Advocacy and Private Children Matters, from instruction to conclusion.

About the Role:
The team is seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in handling privately funded family matters.
This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a supportive environment with clear pathways for career progression. It is well suited to someone who has a passion for managing complex cases/cases involving high net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse range of privately funded family matters
* Provide high-quality legal advice and support, maintaining our reputation for excellent client service
* Work closely with the Family Partner and team members to achieve positive outcomes for clients
* Contribute to business development initiatives to enhance the department's growth and reputation
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years PQE in family law
