* We are looking for a talented BI Engineer with strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively. We expect you to have technical expertise in data visualization and data modeling, along with a good understanding of both multidimensional and tabular models. A strong knowledge and experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI, SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS, is essential. You should also have an understanding of the ETL (Extraction, Transform, Load) process and its role in data integration and preparation. Familiarity with source control and task management tools, particularly TFS, Azure DevOps, and Git, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should have an understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
* As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions using Azure Databricks and the Microsoft BI stack, while following best practices. Your role will involve supporting various business functions with a primary focus on data from the ERP system. You will engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions to meet data needs.

This is a temporary role for up to 24 months with a salary range of £40,315 to £47,429, depending on experience.
