E-Commerce Manager Our client, an award-winning dynamic business is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team. Hybrid working is offered. This is a pivotal role within the business and you will be working closely with the Head of E-Commerce, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise the potential of the online sales channels. Key responsibilities include: E-Commerce website management - Day-to-day management of the websites, implementing strategies and ensuring compliance to brand guidelines. Sales and revenue growth - Drive e-commerce sales, increase conversion rates, optimise on-site merchandising strategies, develop a roadmap for conversion rate optimisation. Forecasting - Contribute to accurate sales forecasting, capitalise on seasonal trends via campaigns and promotions. Data Analysis & Reporting - Utilise tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website performance and analyse metrics. Provide regular reports to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives. SEO & Google Ads Management - Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic. Oversee Google Ads campaigns ensuring alignment with marketing goals. You should have proven experience in an e-commerce management role, strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, be creative, have a strong understanding of brand awareness and excellent collaboration skills.
