I amseeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the ElectricalManager and Team Coordinator in overseeing the daily operations of theelectrical team. This role is critical in ensuring statutory compliancerequirements are consistently met, as well as fulfilling the complianceobligations outlined in the client contract.
This is a full-time office-basedrole.
Keyresponsibilities include:
·Maintainingaccurate record
·Managing andupdating essential documents,
·Trackingdata to support various projects and tasks within the Electrical department.
·You willutilise the company database and several Excel trackers designed to monitor andsupport key work streams.
·Ensureprocesses are followed to provide accurate, timely data and support efficientworkflows.
·Maintaineffective communication with key stakeholders across departments.
·Addressareas for improvement and support the team in achieving 100% compliance.
·Oversee andmaintain department trackers, ensuring data accuracy and consistency withclient reports.
·Assist withjob creation in relevant systems and support data management for plannedprojects.
·Generatemonthly work stream reports, highlighting achievements and concerns.
·Maintainorganised department files and support service coordinators when needed.
·Perform adhoc duties as required.
Skills required
·Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance sector.
·Strong communication skills with a professional and confidentialapproach.
·Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures,and adapt to internal systems and workflows.
·Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
·Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise inmanaging, reviewing, and manipulating complex data (Essential).
·High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
·Solid understanding of electrical work within the industry.
·Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)requirements.
·Commitment to driving continuous improvement in processes andteam performance.
